Order & Payment Process

We require full payment be made before we send the drafts. After payment is received, we will email you back within 48 hours with the order confirmation and drafts.

 

Due to the nature of the products, full payment must be made before we process your order. Please email us a copy of the deposit slip. Once full payment has been made and drafts approved, we proceed to production.

Please review the drafts thoroughly because once it is approved,

changes can no longer be made.

 

We will notify you when we have shipped your order. Usually within 5 business days after payment and approval of drafts. Lead time increases during the holiday season.

Shipping Rates - Philippines

We ship on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays

 

Cebu delivery via Grab

Please enter your complete address and contact number at checkout. We will be using this to book for Grab delivery. We do not use Lalamove/Maxim.

 

Domestic Shipping

We are based in Cebu City, Philippines and ship domestically via JRS Express.

We do not ship via LBC because it is not convenient for us.

For orders without gift wrappers:

Rates start at P180 and increases depending on products and weight.

​

For orders with personalized gift wrappers:

Orders with gift wrappers require boxes to ensure the items arrive safely. 

Rate starts at P250-P300 and increases depending on products and weight.
